| if you want to use a Video Tape Recorder with a SMART system, the only thing you have to be aware of is that the VTR must include the TBC option (Time Base Corrector). A TBC (Time Base Corrector) is a device that turns a VTRs unstable image into a stable image. Most professional VTRs have built-in TBCs but many consumer and industrial models (such as Hi-8 and VHS recorders) do not. Obviously, we at Panlab can always give you advice of any particular model you would like to use, or even better provide you with the model of VTR we think is the best in the actual market conditions. | |||
